Eligibility for Refunds
- Refunds are available for products that are defective, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery.
- Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the purchase date.

Process for Refunds

- We may require photos or additional information to process your refund request.

Return of Products
- Products must be returned in their original packaging and in the same condition as received.
- The cost of return shipping will be covered by Kalahari Bitumen & Emulsions if the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Processing Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 days.
