Refund Policy

At Kalahari Bitumen & Emulsions, we strive to ensure complete satisfaction with our products. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund policy below.

  1. Eligibility for Refunds

    • Refunds are available for products that are defective, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery.
    • Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the purchase date.
  2. Process for Refunds

    • To request a refund, please contact our customer service team at sales@kalaharibitumen.co.za with your order number and details of the issue.
    • We may require photos or additional information to process your refund request.
  3. Return of Products

    • Products must be returned in their original packaging and in the same condition as received.
    • The cost of return shipping will be covered by Kalahari Bitumen & Emulsions if the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
    • For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  4. Processing Refunds

    • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    • If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 days.
  5. Non-Refundable Items

    • Custom orders and special requests are non-refundable unless they are defective or damaged.
